We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the popular Shilin night market. We enjoyed exploring the market and trying out different local foods. The hotel itself was top-notch, with excellent service and comfortable amenities. Our room had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area. We also appreciated the nice patio where we could relax and enjoy the view. The hotel provided free toiletries, and the electric kettle in the room was a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floors added to the overall comfort. The dining restaurant offered a delicious continental breakfast with a variety of options. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that we had a pleasant stay. The free Wi-Fi and convenient car park were also great additions. we highly recommend this place for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Big comfortable room, patient and helpful staff, clean, good breakfast service, convenient location to subway and shilin night market.

It was not convenient to offer only one room card for a room of two, especially the lift required swiping the card to be able to go to the level the room locates. When one person stays in the room and the other one goes out, using the life means bothoring a staff member to help swipe the lift every single time. The other thing was about the noise. Because the hotel locate right next to the night market and our room was unfortunately facing towards it too, it was so loud that we didn’t sleep well the first night. We soon got used to the noise, but the last night we stayed was new year’s eve, the hour long mid night firework on the road woke us up. I suppose it is impossible to stop the noise from the market, but some soundproof material could be added maybe?

Poor area and a fairly long way from town centre. Hotel has strict policy of no checking into room before 3.30pm so wouldn't be good for early arrivers. Baggage can be left in lobby but it is not locked away,

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to a night market and a metro station. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of Chinese and Western options. The room was spacious and modern, with a clean and updated bathroom.

The outside of the building looked old and tired. The internet settings were not very user-friendly for Westerners, and the hotel did not provide enough keys to accommodate multiple guests sharing a room. Additionally, the third bed provided for our room was not comfortable and we had to request a replacement. it was a good stay but had some minor issues to be aware of.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel during my visit to the city. The location is superb, just a short walk away from Jiantan MRT station and right opposite the bustling Shilin night market. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and they were very spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with wonderful additions such as a terrace to enjoy tea time or small gatherings in private. The variety of breakfast selections full of local delicacies was a definite highlight. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with any inquiries.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being just steps away from the bustling night market and close to public transportation. the rooms were clean, modern and spacious with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. the staff were accommodating and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. the views from some of the rooms overlooking the markets were incredible.

Some guests mentioned issues with the control of water temperature in the shower, which was bothersome.

Rooms are starting to show their age with worn carpets. Breakfast is a little repetitive after a few days.
